In brief: Many causes
There is a pair of sinuses between your eyes that may be blocked, causing pressure and pain, especially if you have had a cold or allergies.
Headaches have many causes, most of which are not serious. However if it lasts unusually long, or is very different than headaches you normally have you should consult your doctor.

In brief: Tension or migraine
Most headaches above the eyes, especially those over the top of the nose, are due to tension or migraine.
Sinus pain as a cause of headache is unusual if not accompanied by symptoms of infection or allergy - nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, coughing. Migraine pain is often throbbing & associated with nausea & light sensitivity. All headache pain that persists should be evaluated promptly.

In brief: Headaches
Could be multiple.
I just evaluated an immune deficient patient with headaches that worsened with Immune Globulin replacement (most common side effect) but his headaches were debilitating. We did a simple ct scan of his head and found a large cyst. Do not be foolish! get your primary care doctor to evaluate this before letting things fester.
