Solution for lichen planus on the skin?

Scientific Rx. Lichen planus may go away on its own, but treatment is only palliative. You may be offered topical treatment, in particular glucocorticoids; tacrolimus, Dapsone and retinoids may be used by a specialist dermatologist. I'm going to assume you are otherwise healthy; it might be wise to test you for hepatitis c in the blood and treat this if present.
Topical steroids. Very strong topical corticosteroids are the mainstay of treatment for this condition.
