You should maintain a good water intake of at least 2 quarts per day. Also worthwhile trying to keep your urine slightly acidic with a ph<7.0. This can be achieved by judicious intake of potassium citrate, best monitored initially by a physician. Also periodic kidney ultrasounds to r/o stones.
