My fiancee has symptoms of aspergers syndrome, would Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) do anything for him?

In brief: Unknown

No medication is know to help with asperger's disorder; but, if he also has symptoms of adhd--poor focus, short attention span, restlessness--then a stimulant might help with those symptoms.
Be warned, though: some with autism and related disorders respond quite negatively to stimulants, growing agitated and irritable.

In brief: See below

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is not part of treatment for an adult with aspergers syndrome.
To be of further use, it would be helpful to know how this question arose.

In brief: Aspergers

Aspergers and adhd coexist a great deal of the time.
The frontal lobes are superconnected and shifting attention or know what to attend to at the correct time can be affected. However, knowing if stimulant medication is needed or helpful should be based upon data from a sound psychological evlauation specific to adhd. Seek out a licensed psychologist for treatment.
