Frequent saliva swallowing, pain below adam's apple when swalliwing saliva but not food, dry throat, pocket of air sensation in throat, belching?

See MD. Swallowing problems with belching and possible heart burn or throat soreness, may be a result of gastric reflex or hiatal hernia issues. Can be very damaging to esophagus. Maybe treated with simple meds. See your physcian to determine cause or referral to specialist. Better to know than worry about what can happen.
Acid reflux? Sounds like a variety of heartburn. You can try Prevacid (lansoprazole) over the counter for a week or two. If worse or not resolved would go ahead and see doctor. Sometimes alcohol, anti-inflammatory medicines, spicy/acidic food, or stress can cause, sometimes other causes, so get checked if it doesn't go away.
