In brief: Start trying
If you have labeled as having pcos, but have regular periods, you can just start trying naturally.
If you are not having periods, you should get help right away to assist in ovluation.

In brief: May be easy!
Most women with pcos have a very good chance of ultimately getting pregnant, if they get the right help.
If you are not ovulating regularly, an ovulation-inducing medicine (e.g. Clomid) can accomplish this. The other important thing is to know when you are ovulating so you can try to conceive at the right time! your doctor can help you with any of this!
