In brief: Oil supplementation

Cod liver oil can excessively raise vitamin A level taken over time so it’s best to avoid that.
Krill oil may produce some negative GI side effects. A good quality marine fish oil can be helpful if it is 50% or more of a combo of EPA & DHA and twice purified. If not, you are wasting your money. Please ask your doc first. It is a mild blood thinner and may not be right for you. Peace&health.

In brief: Fine

Cod liver oil contains vitamin a, vitamin d and omega-3 fatty acid, krill oil has high levels of omega-3 fatty acid.
Omega-3 is helpful in lowering triglycerides and may have beneficial effects on the heart, may increase level of vitamin a and d; however the level of vitamin a may become too high if you consume too much of fish oil. So do it with moderation, as always consult your doctor.
