Forget a low carb diet! You can see the adverse effects. Low carb fiber is an oxymoron. What you need is fiber (which is a carbohydrate) - about 20 grams a day. It's very low calorie, lowers your cholesterol, is inexpensive, and you'll never have constipation again. Try eating 1 cup of All Bran or Fiber One cereal every day.
