In brief: Chest, not heart?
Presumably you are having chest discomfort, which may or may not be cardiac in origin.
Chest pain can indeed be cardiac, but chest wall (musculoskeletal), gastrointestinal, pulmonary, or other causes. Any chest discomfort warrants evaluation since the underlying cause may indeed be serious. Talk to your doctor for the appropriate studies.
