In brief: Normal weight!

Your body mass index calculates out at 20, which is normal.
The bmi is a calculation based on weight and height. The national institutes of health has link to an online bmi calculator that is easy to use: http://www.Nhlbisupport.Com/bmi/ if you feel as though you are too thin, weight training may help you build muscle mass without putting on extra fat.

In brief: See image

Using the attached image, you can find your height and weight and see if you are in a healthy range.
Keep in mind that this is an estimate and muscle mass and other factors can change the range of a healthy weight for a person. This is a good place to start, though, to see if your weight is a healthy one.

a simple way to figure ideal wieght is 100 pounds plus 5 pounds for every inch over 60 inches. This is somewhat under what most feel is ideal but it is not an unhealthy underweight.
