In brief: Probably not
But if this is a persistent problem for you, then it is best to be examined by a physician to rule out a serious cause.

In brief: Unlikely
Unlikely unless other symptoms and/or if there is a mass.
It would also depend on duration of symptoms. Is there a history of weight loss? Night sweats? Fever? Chills? I would give it 1-2 weeks... If it resolves... No worries, if it persists, see your primary care doctor or your local ent.
