I have just had surgery on my meniscus where they sew it together. This was 6 month ago and it still hurts when I squat. How do I fix this?

In brief: Orthopedist

If it has not improved at all or has gotten worse you need to see your orthopedist, you may need another mri.
If its been getting better it may need more time. A proper exercise regimen, with some stretching and strengthening of the surrounding muscles can help, see a physiatrist.
