In brief: Hard to say

It is hard to say without seeing the catheterization films.
Robo CABG can bypass lad, diagonals, and high obtuse marginals or ramus. In order to know which is best one has to evaluate the films, targets, all around anatomy, etc...

In brief: Complicated

The real question is: treat with surgery (CABG) stent (pci) or conservatively (meds).
Robotic surgery offers no advantage. Mini-thoracotomy is cosmetically superior but hurts the same. Extent of revascularization depends on condition of other vessels, amount of heart muscle in jeopardy, and your symptoms. Perfusion imaging results are crucial. Discuss with your cardiologist.
