In brief: 129-174 lbs.

Desirable body mass index (bmi), a measure of body fat based on height and weight, is 18.
5-24.9. This comes to 129-174 pounds for a person who is 5'10". If you're overweight and want to lose weight, aim for the upper end of the range. It's best to lose weight gradually, around 1-2 lbs per week.

I should add that if you're muscular, BMI may not be a good way to estimate your body fat. It's possible that a healthy weight for you could be more than 174 lbs.
