My 6 year old is vomiting and doesn't tolerate anything, not even water...This has been going on for 1 day now. What should I do?

In brief: Have him seen today!
If he can't even keep water down, he must be evaluated at an er or after-hours clinic (preferably a pediatric one) right away to see if he's dehydrated and see what's causing this.
Even if it's just a viral stomach flu, he may need medication and maybe even IV fluids. Please don't delay -- take him in now!

In brief: Vomiting x 1 day
Have you put him on small amounts of feeding? No juice or milk ? Your md can give suppository or IV fluids depending on exams to rule out obstruction, appendicitis, or any acute abdomen.
