In brief: How low can you go?
Is not just about limbo, it can also be about your blood pressure.
If your top number is 90 or less, the key is how do you feel? Dizzy, lightheaded [especially when you sit up or stand up], heart running fast, even passing out .... Not good. Talk with your doc! on the other hand, some people - especially athletes or yogis - feel fine & it's a sign of how healthy, body& mind, they are.

In brief: You are protected!
Low blood pressure is great.
We know that people with naturally low blood pressure live healthier and longer than people with higher blood pressure. If on medication, then BP is too low if you feel light headed or dizzy. If you don't take meds, there is, essentially, no low that is too low.
