In brief: Depends on the kind

What are your stresses? Can you even identify all of them? How has the stress affected your ability to do things? Is this new or has it happened before? If it happened before how did it go away? Are there medical problems and if there are are they being addressed? Identify the stress, look at ways to change it, involve family, friends & if needed talk to your doctor for futher guidance.

In brief: Tons of advice

First off, strive to resolve the problem causing it.
A lot of folks nowadays want to mitigate their symptoms by taking antidepressants w/out solving the problem, so try that first. Counseling may be helpful. Depending on the nature of stress, you may want to give up certain things. If it is a personal conflict, you may agree to meet half way with the opponent. Modify your behavior.
