In brief: Requires testing

Yeast and bladder infections cause symptoms similar to several stds.
The only way to know the difference is to see your doctor for an exam and testing.

In brief: No definite answer

Yeast infection from no symptoms to copious cheese like discharge.
Gonorrhea/chlamydia/trichomonas are usually asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic and produce less noticeable discharge, if any. Bacterial vaginosis may be associated with a smelly, but usually thin discharge, although, it is by far the most frequently encountered case of vaginitis.
