I've done xray and the result was I have thoracic dextroscoliosis. Im experiencing chestpain and upper back pain every night. What medicine can I take?

Not very often scoliosis cause pain unless it is bad, so before we blame it on that have your doctor check you and see , if he could find any major problems i would start with advil or aleve ( if you could use them) or tylenol (acetaminophen) and see how it go.
