If I never and I mean never get a period, one is that safe and two how will I know I'm pregnant without a test or when to test?
Needs evaluation. If you have never in your life had a period and are above age 15 you need to be evaluated for something called primary amenorrhea. This is very important. If you have had periods in the past but not now you should still be evaluated for secondary amenorrhea to determine the cause.
