My 4 yr old is always extremely thirsty and is soaking through a pull up at night even when I don't let her drink after 6:30pm is their something wrong?

In brief: Yes
Have her/him checked as soon as possible for diabetes and urinary infection.
If she is ill have her checked tonight. Till you know what the problem is it would be better to let her drink what she wants to because high blood sugar will cause dehydration and that is what causes the excess thirst.

Extreme is buzz word that brings to mind diabetes mellitis( kid should be shrinking a pound/day) or incipidis(healthy appearing but can't drive 1 hr without stopping for pee).
Some kids (esp 4yo)have drinking fetish & change their kidneys so they can't hold on to fluids.If this has gone on quite a while it's not likely to be dm or di but kid needs a few tests to sort this out. Get screened soon.
