How can someone live and cope with having wegeners disease?

Living with Wegeners. I am sorry about your diagnosis. Wegener's disease is hard. Incurable, the five-year survival is up to 87%. Since this is an average number, some will live longer. The treatment is immunosupression, which is life saving, but it does also have some toxicity which, sadly can also be fatal. Happily, there are many people who are currently living quite normal lives of 30 years or more on treatment.
