Is it normal to feel like you have menstrual cramps early in pregnancy? I have miscarried 2x and maybe I am paranoid.

In brief: Yes

It is certainly possible that is normal.
However, for severe pain or any bleeding, see your doctor.

In brief: Possibly...

I'm so sorry you've been through that; i can understand why you're concerned.
Some women do get pelvic cramps early in the pregnancy as the fertilized egg sets up housekeeping in the uterus. However, with your history, i'd advise seeing your ob, who can examine you and tell you what's happening with the pregnancy. I hope things go well for you and your baby this time...
