My fbs, cholesterol, ldl, and alt/sgpt are high, but my HDL and triglycerides are normal. What does this mean?

In brief: Concerns

Need to see a doctor. Elevated blood sugar, fasting, along with elelvated cholesterol are both risk factors for heart disease.
Diabetes or pre-diabetes can often be associated with fatty liver, which can raise the liver function testes (alt/ast) even if the triglyceride level is normal. Important to get this addressed asap.

In brief: Time to see your doc

Fasting blood sugar = high means you could be already developing diabetes.
High chol, high LDL means you already have hypercholesterolemia and may need meds and need to change your diet. High alt/sgpt mean your liver is affected and your doc needs to find out if you drink or are on meds that would raise this. Hdl normal and tg normal mean you don't eat a crappy diet, or drink a lot....
