In brief: Eat, hydrate + sleep
1) get a good, simple meal into you.
There are no guidelines except whatever sounds good. 2) drink fluids. Many of your symptoms are due to dehydration from the alcohol, and 3) sleep it off. 4) there is no medical reason why the "hair of the dog, " or drinking more alcohol, should help you.

In brief: Consider
Hydration is the key.
Replace electrolytes and fluids. Eats bland foods - toast or crackers. Consider b vitamins. Hope this is not a usual issue and is related to the new years celebration. Alcohol is a toxin/waste product. Excessive consumption is never recommended. Remember moderation of legal activity is the key - drink responsibly.
