What medications work best for people with who get snotty noses in the wintertime?

Antibiotic/steroid. Cold weather causes rhinorrhea. Coming into the warm air should help dry the nostrils but if you continue having stuffy nose, perhaps you have sinusitis and will need something like a penicillin for up to six weeks. Nasonex (mometasone) may also help twice daily. Doubt its an allergy to the cold but an oral antihistamine may also help.
