Change your baseline
Changing your baseline activity level is key, if you went from an active to now a sedentary job - your baseline activity has decreased - so adding 30-60 mins a day of interval cardio will help! also, not skipping meals.

every 3-4 hours and starting that 30-45 mins from waking is key! sticking to lean proteins, fresh veggies and fruits helps too.. Fiber
and water also super important...
