In brief: Yes
Let me clarify. Cramping is entirely normal in pregnancy as the uterus starts to expand.
However, any bleeding should be reported to your doctor. Also, excessive cramping after 6 months should be reported as well.

In brief: Be concerned
I do not know if you should worry, but be concerned and engaged about your health and discuss with your dr. To get the cramping evaluated.
Good luck.
