Knee injury 2 years ago x-rays show no fracture, dislocation or abnormality of soft tissue. Mri mild to normal still continue to feel dull ache pain?

Let me explain. You have done the MRI and were normal? In this case we have two possibilities. 1-the pain coming from the knee itself, in this case most likely mild case of arthritis of some kind, i would try Motrin for a week if you feel better that your diagnosis. 2-if you did not feel better the in the knee coming from some place and we have were it is comming from. Good luck.
