In brief: Talk to your Dr.
"vaginal pain" is most likely just due to the baby dropping down low, especially if you are almost due.
It could also be a sign of labor starting. It is unlikely to be any problem related to your prior c/s. If the pain is tolerable and more like "discomfort", try to rest. If you are contracting, leaking fluid, bleeding, or feel that the baby is not moving much, call your OB asap.
