Depends. BP tends to rise with age because we accumulate toxins such as lead, mercury, etc that impact our blood pressure. Lifestyle and genetics are also a factor. Below 130/80 is good.
What is considered high blood pressure? Mine normally ranges from 125/145 over 78-97. 24 yo, female, secondary activity.
