In brief: Infection

This is more common with being overweight, excessive sweating and diabetes.
Do not squeeze, it may get much bigger. Use hot compresses to bring to a head naturally. If it does not respond oral antibiotics maybe necessary. Your other drugs and any history of drug alleries is very important if you see your doctor.

In brief: Infection

It can start with an insect bite or trauma or irritation that then gets infected.
Clean with antiseptic or hydrogen peroxide and apply otc topical antibiotic. If that doesn't help, then you'll need to see a doctor for a prescription topical antibiotic and oral antibiotic. They will probably need to take cultures as well to identify the offending organism.

In brief: Abscess treatment

Pimples are acne.
Boils are abscesses or bacterial infection that can cause from entry of bacteria into the skin through a pore or skin with a broken barrier. The pus that develops is a collection of white blood cells that the body uses to start treating the infection and bacteria builds up, together this causes pus. See a doctor to treat this because it can get serioius with spreading infection.

In brief: Depends

Most people don't get pimples or blemishes in that area.
If you are using a loofah in the shower it would help to stop. Also shaving may cause infections like this.
