Chest discomfort for 7 days, everywhere. All tests say no heart issues. Can it be a heart attack if the symptoms are all day eveyday?

In brief: No

Angina is usually associated with exercise.
When you rest it goes away. Heart attack chest pain does not goawaybwith rest and is very serious. Constant chest pain could be pericarditis, costochindriis, rib fracture, etc.
