If everything else is normal and you are feeling ok, i would just recheck your electrolytes.
Make sure you are adequetly hydrated before the test, though. Sometimes electrolyte imbalance may be due to simple things such as lack of proper hydration, being overheated, etc. If still abnormal, you might need further work up.
