Is it possible for UTI to go away on its own with water and cranberry juice? Any other natural ways to rid yourself of UTI ?

In brief: Possibly...
The answer to this question is yes; but it depends upon the causative agent of the infection.
If your symptoms persist then get with your doctor for a urine test/culture to identify the cause of your infection; and obtain the appropriate treatment.

Cranberry can change the pH in the bladder and if caught early enough could slow the growth in the bladder - and allowing your own immune system to clear the infection.
Cranberry also can be helpful in the prevention of recurrent uti's... Always the best idea is to see your md for a urinalysis and evaluation. There are situations where antibiotics may not be the best answer! good luck!

was it a urine culture? - depending on the amount - that will probably need antibiotics - see your MD to discuss - good LUCK!! as i said before - if this is recurrent - then after it is cleared, the cranberry juice daily with LOTS of water may help prevent re-occurrence. good luck!
