Have three small bumps. Flesh colored around the anal area. One lower butt cheek. Rarely itch, they don't bother me but what could they be?

In brief: Fleshy Flags

These are likely skin tags versus warts.
It is possible to contract a viral infection that causes warts, known as human papilloma virus (hpv), particularly if you engage in anogenital activities. Anal skin tags are also very common and typically completely harmless unless they are large. If irritated they can be removed. Anal warts should be monitored in the office especially if bleeding.

A picture is worth a thousand words but I doubt you'd want to go to that extent. As with any condition of the skin, if you're really worried go see your doctor. This is not the proper forum to give advice on skin conditions; it really requires visual analysis. Sorry.

In brief: Many things

The list is endless, although skin tags are probably at the top.
Another possibility near the top of the list is warts so you may want to get checked.
