In brief: There is nothing
There is a misconception about it.
Colds & flu have to take their course. They are caused by viruses ( so antibiotics don't do anything to them). The antivirals like tamiflu (oseltamivir) and others have to be taking in combination which is costly and they shorten the course of the flu for only one day. Last week a meta analysis done about zinc p.O. (50 mg?)suggests it may shorten the course for couple of days.

In brief: Good luck
Probably the same way your grandmother taught you: drink lots of fluids and get plenty of rest! we've discovered that chicken soup has Aspirin like qualities, that is, anti-inflamatory so it can help too.
Anything that helps boost your immune system, especially diet and rest, will help you fight the cold but of course you have to practice those before you get it in the first place!
