In brief: Rabies

Hello rabies symptoms may initially express with malaise, headache, fever & weakness.
If a person has been bitten, the site may be itching or have a prickly sensation. As the disease progresses the person may feel anxious and have difficulty sleeping. They may behave unusually, experience hallucinations and develop delirium. If not treated early, rabies is usually fatal.

And classically they react adversely to water, with an inability to swallow it, and ultimately, even the thought of water will make them anxious and negative. This disease is usually 99.999+% fatal. If you think you have been exposed you should undergo vaccination immediately.
