Can I take multivitamins, fiber supplements, fish oil, and biotin vitamins at the same time?

Yes, But Why? It is generally safe to take these vitamins and supplements, or they would have been taken off the market. However, they are almost always totally useless unless you have a specific vitamin deficiency, and can be a danger. Despite the sales propaganda, we are not mostly vitamin deficient as long as we have a reasonable diet. Save your money and buy a gym membership for the most benefit.
Probably. Unlikely a problem, but why do you wish to take all of these items? I know it is popular to take vitamins, herbals, high fibers, but in most cases, this is un-necessary and costly. Might see a nutritionist or a physician who focuses on alternative medicine, and see what they might think.

I'm taking calcium with vitamin d in it, biotin, fish oil, daily multivitamin, power c, iron, and a birth control pill how should I properly take them?

See below. You can take these all together but iron is better absorbed on an empty stomach and C enhances its absorption so ideally take those on waking or near bedtime. The calcium/D, biotin, multivit. and BC pill can all be taken with or shortly after breakfast. While you could take fish oil with these it's ideal to take separately, perhaps with dinner. It is also ideal to take C 2x/day so take AM and PM. Read more...

If I take fish oil, prenatal, and multi vitamins daily along with a weight loss supplement, am I over doing it? Or am I okay?

OK unless pregnant. Prenatal vitamins ARE multivitamins so taking a prenatal AND multi is redundant but unlikely to be toxic unless you become pregnant, as is hazardous to take more than 10,000 iu of pre-formed Vit A in early pregnancy (beta carotene is OK). So if the 2 together have more than 10,000 iu stop the multi BEFORE pregnancy. Also DO NOT take weight loss sups if pregnant. But add Vit D- take total 5000 iu. Read more...
Pregnancy. Take your prenatal vitamins. The rest are not necessary and the weight loss supplement could cause your baby harm. Be sure to get enough calcium - 1200 to 1500 mg. If not pregnant, a healthy and well balanced diet is the best source of nutrients and you can bank the money saved on vitamins. A multivitamin would be fine. Read more...
