In brief: Decrease chafing

There may be psoriasis, yeast or fungal infection.
This will not be able to treated adequately with o/c creams. Mica tin cream o/c could help a yeast or fungal infection. This could be combined as tolerated with lac5 for gradual peeling of dark skin. Top layer should be diaper cream to separate skin to decrease friction. For prescription strength cream see dermatologist.

In brief: Lubrication

May sure you have good hygeine, clean with soap and water and dry thoroughly.
Then apply a lubricant like vaseline or some other petrolatum tyype product . This will lock in moisture and keep the skin from friction when the cheeks rub against each other or against clothing. If there is redness and itching or drainage or pus, see your doctor. Depends on your overall health too & any chronic dz.
