Just saw my pcp about STD test results. My HSV 1&2 IgG results were pos, but the HSV 1&2 IgM results were neg. No symptoms at all. Am I contagious?

Old infection. High igg levels mean an old exposure, are you having symptoms now? Any skin lesions? You need to practice safe sex to avoid contagion, especially if you are experiencing an outbreak.
Probably yes. Positive IgG blood test means infection with HSV, so you should assume you have both HSV1 (probably oral) and HSV2 (genital). However, the reliability of a positive HSV2 test depends on its numerical value. If you had Focus HerpeSelect (the most common test), 1.1-3.4 is technically pos but only 3.5+ is definite. For more advice, ask a new question including test name & the numbers for both types.
HSV 1 & 2. Igg being positive denotes a past infection while the negative igm means that you do not have a current/most recent infection. You should not be contagious currently. To prove that you are not shedding the virus, have a pcr test done.
