Blackheads all over my face especially my chin, nose, cheeks and forehead I use a blackhead face scrub in the shower but it doesn't help?

Don't scrub! Your face isn't a pot - don't scrub it. As to what treatment is best for you, each individual responds differently to different treatments, so there is no one "most effective" treatment. A dermatologist can tailor a treatment based on your skin type and the variety of acne you have.
