Try probiotics. If it doesn't get better it might not be yeast and worth seeing an md to make sure is yeast and not bv. If the infection is not too bad you can use probiotics- the easiest way is yogurt. This is better at preventing than treating but using plain, live culture yogurt can put 1 tablespoon by applicator in vagina. Ideally, see a doctor, the prescription meds work very well and are easy to take.
Maybe. Well, i bet there tons of holistic preps that claim to have been successful in treating yeast infections, although there are no controlled studies to document that. It may take 3 or 4to to find one that is effective or you may just waste your time, which will probably be the most likely outcome. I'd take 1 or 2 pills of Diflucan (fluconazole) in hopes it will clear it and if so, that will be the of the story.
