If it doesn't get better it might not be yeast
and worth seeing an md to make sure is yeast and not bv.
If the infection is not too bad you can use probiotics- the easiest way is yogurt. This is better at preventing than treating but using plain, live culture yogurt can put 1 tablespoon by applicator in vagina. Ideally, see a doctor, the prescription meds work very well and are easy to take.
