I have heard that the best way to lose weight is to do it by healthy eating and exercise but is there another faster way?

In brief: Healthy
Make sure you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods.
Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.

In brief: Intake and output
There are many ways to lose weight and the best way is through regular exercise and healthy eating.
It's all about the calories that go in and the calories that one burns. The "faster" ways are generally not effective and not healthy. Besides, why the hurry? Don't we plan on being here a long time anyways?

In brief: Sadly no
The problem with losing weight quickly is that it is a bit more likely to rebound back- your body would percieve itself as starving and lower the metabolism to ompensate.
Sadly as dfficult as it can sometimes be, the key is to work on lowering your total calorie count. A nutritionist can be very helpful in assisting in this. Exercise 30-60 minutes 5 days a week is also important and will help.
