Agree with Dr. Cheng. However for those adults who are allergic to cow's milk or have intolerance to the lactose milk sugar, milk is to be avoided. Most adults do not require cow's milk to maintain good health. If milk is consumed then it is better to use skim milk and avoid the unhealthy butter calories.
