A sore around butt. Sitting inflames it, causing it to pop. Int.Med and derm have been unable to treat so far.Next idea is cut out. Any suggestions?

Perhaps you need to see a general surgeon or a colorectal surgeon? You could have an abscess around the anus that is due to a tract coming from the bowel.
There could be a deep seated abscess otherwise and surgery would be indicated to excise it or drain it more appropriately. I would not hesitate to get another opinion. You may need imaging and other testing to find out what is going on.
