In brief: Back acne
Good idea to see a dermatologist to determine the cause of your acne and to give you proper treatment.

See a board-certified dermatologist who can evaluate your acne and determine what the best treatments are.
There may be several prescription treatments that will be prescribed.

New onset acne may certainly be associated with the stress of moving. Also if you started a new routine such as exercise with increased sweating it may contribute to truncal acne.
