What are the ways to diagnose a prostate infection?

Prostatitis. There are few varieties of prostatitis, howevevr fevers chills, burning on urination, slow stream, frequency, urgency, and the feeling of pain or pressure between the legs are common warning signs.
History and physical. Prostate infections are real and if undiagnosed and untreated have the potential to become chronic infections - which are really bad - so if you have symptoms - go see your md - they will ask about your urination history, pain, frequency, etc. Possibly do a urinalysis and exam - to occ include the prostate - not always - because a really inflamed prostate should not be manipulated much - great?!
