In brief: Sleep Deprivation

Besides aging, the two most common causes i see of secondary hypogonadism are sleep deprivation and vegetarianism. Avoid processed foods, sugars, and grains.
So, get a good night's sleep and eat meat. In the meantime, HCG or Clomiphene citrate may be indicated.
