I am finding red bumps that seem to resemble a pimple or an ingrown hair, on my vaginal area. They do not itch. What is this and is it normal?

In brief: Molluscum

These may be molluscum contagious, a wart like infection which can be transmitted sexually.
This can be spread and be treated easily if caught early with electricity, freezing, or medication. If present you need to be tested for other sexually transmitted diseases. See your gym for exam for proper diagnosis.
